Healing Art Circles
Wellness through Art and Community
Healing Art Circles for Wellness
With an adapted format of the Healing Circle, we create a supportive environment for participants to access their inner guidance, healing and wholeness through art and community. We focus on the process of art making for facilitating sensory, social and emotional connections. We use the art exercises for centering, gaining self- confidence, self- expression, enjoyment, stress relief, mindfulness, and insight. We discover our own creative process, which enhances our quality of life.
